Here's an image of a new project I am working on called: Stitch Glitch. It is a series of hand embroideries based on glitched digital photos. Eventually these embroideries will all be integrated into a long panel which can be stretched across a space allowing the viewer to see both the front and the back. I see the chaotic “backs” as human parallels to the computer errors of the glitches.
-see the front and back below

I am also working on modelling trees in Blender, a 3D imaging software. I am using this activity to re-evaluate my lens on the landscape of the Canadian Shield through an investigation of trees as depicted in Group of Seven paintings.

As scaleless digital models they could become photos, 3D printed sculptures, videos or part of a virtual landscape. I am planning to use them in multiple ways.
